Rheinburg-Klinik regularly measures the satisfaction of its in-patients, using the Mecon measuring system. To do this, all the patients are pro-
vided with a questionnaire after being discharged and Mecon an-
alyses these questionnaires in an anonymised form.

Using a standardised formula for each question in the measuring
system, Mecon calculates a dissatisfaction index. The results
achieved by Rheinburg-Klinik are compared with the data for
comparable clinics.

The subsequent potential analyses show how the values recorded
for Rheinburg-Klinik differ from the mean values for comparative
clinics. The lower the columns fall below the zero line, the more
satisfied the patients at Rheinburg-Klinik were in comparison with
the other participating clinics.
