General Contractual Conditions

1 Registrations are dealt with on a first come, first served basis.

2 If an insufficient number of participants have registered for a course, we reserve the right not to run the course or to offer you a later date.

3 If a course is cancelled by Rheinburg-Klinik, any costs of the course already paid will be refunded in full; however, participants are not entitled to claim damages.

4 Your written registration is acknowledged.

5 You will receive a paying-in slip with our acknowledgement to enable you to pay the course fee. Your place on the course is firmly booked once the course fee has been received.

6 If we have not received the course fee by 40 days before the start of the course, we trust you will understand if your place is given to someone else.

7 The course programme and the list of participants will be sent out about one month before the start of the course.

8 The cancellation charges are calculated as follows:
up to 60 days before start of course:
CHF 70.00 (handling fee)
up to 30 days before start of course:
30% of costs
up to 14 days before start of course:
50% of costs
up to 7 days before start of course:
75% of costs
7 days before or during the course:
100% of costs

Cancellation must be made in writing!

9 In the event of cancellation through no fault of the participant, such as illness, accident or other cases of hardship, Rheinburg-Klinik will decide without the possibility of recourse to legal action. In this event a medical certificate will have to be submitted.

10 In the event of dispute, Swiss law applies. The court of jurisdiction is Walzenhausen, Appenzell Ausserrhoden.

General information:
The course fees include food and drinks during the morning and afternoon breaks as well as the course materials including bibliography. We expect participants to be appropriately dressed and to wear a tracksuit or light, comfortable clothing for the practical work. Please do not wear shoes with black soles. Reasonably price lunches are available in BAT from Monday to Friday: order in the morning before the start of the course.

Please send us your registration with a copy of the diploma and description of your current employment to the following address:
